“I started using MOAA Vacations in 2006 as I was retiring from my civilian job and starting to think about longer vacations. On the recommendation of a friend (who doesn’t take making recommendations lightly), I called a MV agent. She put a great Alaskan tour together using my frequent flyer and hotel points as well as the items I bought from the Agency. My wife and I were hooked on vacations, cruises and MOAA Vacations.

I continue to use the agency to this day (over 10 years) as I always had great service from all their people, including the owner when he thought he could help. This consistently high service occurs not because we’re big spenders (probably less that one outing a year), but I believe they provide this type of service to all their customers.

These folks know what customer service is about. They are friendly, cheerful, knowledgeable and helpful. The support folks knew where the agents were and if my agent couldn’t be reached, they always had somebody who could answer the question or fix my issue.

I have never called MOAA Vacation and not received an immediate answer, sometimes the owner actually answered. They are absolutely fixated on customer service.
