During the past 2 years, we have had to cancel 2 sets of cruises because of emergency surgeries that my husband has had. JON HANDLED EVERYTHING FOR US!!!! The cancellation process was absolutely ‘seamless’. And he even helped me with my part of the paperwork from the insurance companies. This was a fantastic relief during a very stressful situation.
